Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

- Ensuring timely payment for services rendered.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations during the use of our services.
Payments & Fees
All services are subject to fees agreed upon in a formal contract or agreement with InfoTechBrains. Payment terms include:
- Invoices will be issued as per the agreed terms and must be paid within the time specified.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services until the account is brought current.
- All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during the course of service. InfoTechBrains will take reasonable measures to protect any sensitive business or personal information provided by the client.
Intellectual Property
InfoTechBrains retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the services we provide, including but not limited to software, designs, and proprietary processes. Any work developed specifically for the client may be subject to a separate licensing agreement as part of the service contract.
Limitation of Liability
InfoTechBrains is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to services provided will not exceed the amount paid by the client for those services.

Process for Refund
- To request a refund, you must contact us within the 14-day period, detailing the issues or reasons for the request.
- Upon reviewing the situation, we will determine eligibility based on the criteria above and confirm our decision within 7 business days.
Limitations of Liability
- This guarantee covers only the fees paid to us for the specified project. It does not cover any incidental or consequential costs or damages that may arise from the cancellation or discontinuation of the project or any other premium Tools/APIs/Subscription/Hosting charges as they are yours.
